Returns & Refund Policy

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

This policy applies to products supplied by our company, including:

  • Plastic chairs

  • Tables

  • Plastic toilets

  • VIP toilets

  • Mobile toilets

  • Portable cold rooms

  • Other plastic and sanitation products

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • The incorrect product was delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is returned in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging where applicable.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly:

  • Custom-made or specially manufactured products.

  • Products that have been installed, assembled, modified, or used.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling.

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items, unless required by applicable law.

DAMAGE OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs or other information to assist with our assessment.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Provide photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  3. Wait for return approval before sending the item back.

  4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Products returned without prior approval may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

EXCHANGES

Where appropriate, we may replace:

Replacement products are subject to stock availability.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

If the return is due to our error, an incorrect shipment, or a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders delivered to Zimbabwe and Botswana through international courier services, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (South Africa) or any other applicable law.
